NL Junior HS Boys take 1st in Jamboree #2 in Durand

On Tuesday, September 24th, New Lothrop Boys capture 1st place, while Hornet girls follow with 2nd place at the MMAC Jamboree #2 in Durand.
Hornets had 3 runners placing in the Top 5. Setting the pace was Thad Dumond with a time of 12:33 placing 3rd, following behind were team mates, Caleb Carlson with a season best of 12:57 and Kellen Chamberlain (13:26). Great efforts included Lucas Demeter (13:45), Blake Judd (14:17), Drew Moore (14:35), and Ryder Andres (14:38).
Leading the pack for the hornet girls was Nora Reinhardt finishing 5th overall with a time of 14:41, trailing behind were runners Arianna Olsen (15:41), Elaina Bruff (16:10), Annaliese Olsen (16:15), and Miriam Sharpe (17:04). “This is something we have worked hard for so far this season, and I am very proud on this teams performance”. -Coach Marque Wenzlick.
Hornets will be traveling to Birch Run, Thursday, October 3rd for the Birch Run Invitational at Tamouth Park.
